Game Day Meal Idea: Cheesesteak Pretzels from Philly Soft Pretzel Factory

Ohhhhhh yes!  Game Days are back in the Haggerty Household!!  While I’m not as enthusiastic as my husband is about fantasy football and having football on TV all day long…I do love long, relaxing Sundays at home.  It’s great to stay home in your comfy clothes, have the cool fresh air coming through the windows, and of course enjoying Game Day food!

When I started almost a year ago, it was actually my husband’s idea to have a “Game Day” feature on Sundays.    Whether it be making a fun snack, creating a crock pot meal that can fill the house with great scents all day long, or ordering something yummy, I think it’s great to be able to share our game day ideas!

So kicking off our first Game Day Idea of the Fall, here’s something fun!  On a day when you don’t feel like dirtying up the kitchen, why not run out and pick up something from Philly Soft Pretzel Factory!?  I love this place, not only for their great party trays that you can pick up if you are having a get together, but also because they have franchises almost everywhere throughout the city and the suburbs! You don’t have to go far at all to pick up the perfect soft pretzel.

They also have something very unique on their menu that is perfect for game day: Cheesesteak Pretzels!  It is a pretzel pocket filled with delicious cheesesteak.  They are fairly small, so I would definitely recommend at least two per person if you are hungry.

What better food to eat while cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles than this ultimate combination of favorite Philly foods!?!
