    OMGoodness…this looks so good and who would have thought that combination would turn out so drool-worthy…not I. And, I really love how the bacon looks ‘cooked’ – I’ve been seeing a lot of bacon-wrapped recipes lately, and the bacon doesn’t look cooked to my liking. I do not like seeing the bacon fat look ‘fatty’ or ‘uncooked’ if that makes any sense.

      I totally know what you mean! I love crispy bacon. At first it was looking not completely cooked, but then I flipped them over on the other side for the last 10 minutes and that worked perfectly!

    I had a really hard time trying to flip these. What am I supposed to use? Tongs? A spatula? They unrolled with every method I experimented with.
