Chef Robert Irvine from Food Network came to our hometown of Horsham, PA back in May 2013 to film an episode of Restaurant Impossible.  They transformed and filmed at a restaurant right around the corner our house! The restaurant used to be called ‘Edibles’ but is now called ‘Hurley’s American Grille.’

My husband and I actually just went out to eat there on Friday night to check it out before the show airs on TV.  But I won’t spoil the secrets for you just yet!  You will have to watch for yourself!!

The new episode of Restaurant Impossible (Season 6 , Episode 11), airs tonight at 10pm EST on Food Network.  The title of the episode “Barely Edible” appropriately describes the restaurant before Robert Irvine and his team came to try to rescue this “26 year old family restaurant suffering from a lack of complete lack of inspiration and motivation.”
