Patriotic Parfait!

Start your Independence Day morning off right with this healthy and tasty breakfast idea for a Patriotic Parfait!

All I did to create this recipe was to layer granola, vanilla yogurt, fresh raspberries and blueberries in a stemless wine glass.  It makes such a great presentation with its red, white and blue theme.  And, it makes eating healthy food fun!  I felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast (you can’t go wrong with that!)
