Restaurant Review: Coyote Crossing in Conshohocken, PA

Looking for a great place for a girls night out?!  My friends and I recently went to dinner/happy hour at Coyote Crossing in Conshohocken, PA.  It was a great place to get together, catch up, enjoy a great meal and drinks!!

The restaurant was a little hard to find…it is not in the heart of the downtown area of Conshohocken.  It is more set back into the neighborhoods.  I highly recommend plugging the address (800 Spring Mill Ave, Conshohocken, PA) into your GPS to get there more easily.  There was a group of 6 of us and we sat inside because it was a little chilly, but it looked like the had a large outdoor patio area, which I could see as a fabulous summertime happy hour spot!  We started off with some delicious margaritas (a little strong, but good if that’s what you’re looking for!)  And then they brought out fresh chips and salsa.

The menu was authentic Mexican food, I would say average-priced.  Appetizers were in the $10-15 range and meals were in the $20-$30 range.  If you’re an adventurous eater, you can try things like Duck and Mango Quesadillas or Poblanos Rellenos, a dish of spicy hot pepper stuffed with exotic Mexican cheeses.   If you are a picky eater, you can certainly still find things like Chicken Quesadillas or plain Caesar Salad.  I personally tried the Chicken Fajitas, which were delicious!!  And I had enough to take home for leftovers the next day!

I would highly recommend Coyote Crossing for a girls night out or even a date night (if your husband likes Mexican food, which mine does not….so for me it may stay a girls get-together place)  🙂
